With over 26 years of managing client’s trade marks and brands, Stuart’s expertise covers Copyright Law, Trade Marks, Design Law, Patent litigation and Disputes and Competition and Trade Practices Issues dealing with Misleading and Deceptive Conduct.
Stuart advises many of Australia’s leading retail brands including Brett Blundy Retail Group and global brands Lovisa, Honey Birdette, Bassike and State of Escape Accessories.
